PROPERTIES :

Appearance : Pale yellowish liquid.

Composition : Product of cross linked Co-polymer

Ionicity : Cataionic pH : 5.5 + - 0.5

Solubility : Can be soluble with water to any proportion.

Storage : Stable for at least 3months if stored in a cool place.

SALIENT FEATURES :

• It improves colour wash fastness of dyed & printed fabrics.

• Minimal effect on light fastness properties of dyed & printed fabrics.

• It improves perspiration fastness

• It might have a very Negligible change of tone shades.

• No sticky effect on fabric.

• Can be applied by both Pad & Exhaust method.

DOSAGES : 0.3% To 1% on W.O.F.

APPLICATIONS :

After Soaping at boil the dyed fabric should be rinsed thoroughly to make it free from any anionic auxiliaries present in the dye bath to avoid any sticky marks. Adjust the pH about 6.0 run with MACFIX DF for 15 to 25 minutes at 35 to 40 degree centigrade.
